This isn't a photo printed onto ceramic. It's a real 3D sculpture of your pet, shaped by hand from the photo you send. The ears, the nose, the expression all modelled in clay, fired in a kiln, and glazed so it lasts forever.
Every single mug is one of a kind. No two are exactly the same because no two pets are exactly the same. That's the whole point.
What photo should I send?
A clear, front-facing photo where your pet's face is visible and well-lit. Close-ups work best. If your photo isn't quite right, we'll email you before we start and ask for a better angle we'd rather take the extra day than guess at your pet's markings.
Phone photos work perfectly. You don't need a professional camera.
Why does it take 2–6 weeks?
Because it's real. Every mug is sculpted by hand, dried slowly so the clay doesn't crack, fired in a kiln, glazed, and fired again. The process can't be rushed without sacrificing the detail that makes it actually look like your pet.
We know the wait is hard. Most customers say it was worth every day when they open the box.
What if it doesn't look like my pet?
We study every photo carefully — the tilt of the head, the markings, the shape of the ears, the way the nose sits. If something in your photo is unclear, we email you before we start sculpting.
Our customers regularly say the resemblance made them cry. That's the standard we hold ourselves to.

How do I care for it?
Hand wash only with warm water and mild soap. The 3D sculpted elements are kiln-fired and durable, but a dishwasher's heat cycle can stress the bond over time. Treat it the way you'd treat any piece of handmade pottery with a little care and a lot of love.
Can I order this as a gift?
This is one of the most meaningful gifts a pet parent can receive. If you're ordering for someone else, you'll need a clear photo of their pet and whatever custom text you'd like on the mug.
Leave a note at checkout and we'll keep the receipt out of the box. We can also hold the shipment if you need it to arrive on a specific date — just let us know.
What if it breaks?
If your mug arrives broken or breaks at home, reach out to us and we'll remake the exact same mug for free. Same photo, same design, same detail.
We can't change the pet photo or design on a remake — it's a replacement of what you originally ordered, not a new custom order. This keeps things fair and prevents abuse, so we can keep offering free remakes to the people who genuinely need one.
